NVQ in Business and Administration
The administration of a business consists of the perfomance or management of business operations. Administration can be defined as the universal process of organising people and resources efficiently so as to direct activities toward common goals or objectives.
We offer City and Guilds Business and Administration (QCF) levels 1, 2 and 3. We can devise an individual learning plan in agreement with employers to ensure administration staff are trained and qualified in their job role. Some members of staff may be eligible for free government funded training.
Units of learning include such subjects as:
- Work with other people in a business environment
- Respond to change in a business environment
- Deliver, monitor and evaluate customer service to external customers
NVQ in Customer Service
Customer service is the life blood of any business. Good customer service is about bringing customers back and about sending them away happy - happy enough to tell other people about the business who in-turn buy the product or service for themselves.
We offer City and Guilds Customer Service (QCF) levels 1,2 and 3. We can devise an individual learning plan in agreement with employers to ensure customer service staff are trained and qualified in their job role. Some members of staff may be eligible for free government funded training.
Units of learning include such subjects as:
- Promote additional services or products to customers.
- Resolve customer service problems
- Gather, analyse and interpret customer feedback
